Registration for the 2024-25 school year will open mid-June

Xplore is an exciting, extended-day program for Kindergarten (must be 5 years old) to 6th grade students in Mesa Public Schools. Children will experience a variety of instructional and recreational activities, including academic support, engineering, science, virtual reality, athletics and more.

Xplore is not a licensed childcare facility under section §36-882. Thus, Xplore, offered through the community education department, provides only recreational or instructional activities to school-age children who may enter into and depart from the facility at their own volition. The facility may require the children to document their entrance into and departure from the facility. This documentation does not affect the exemption under this paragraph. 

2024-25 program fees:
$25 one-time non refundable registration fee per student - payable at the time of registration.

Monthly program fees* per student:
Mornings: $165
Afternoons: $300
*Fees are assessed on a calendar month basis and are not prorated for start or cancellation at any point in a particular month.
