The Next Education Workforce is a strategic school staffing model where teams of educators leverage their distributed expertise to deepen and personalize learning for all learners. Through teams, educators are able to meet Mesa Public Schools’ promise to know every student by name and serve them by strength and need.
This team approach allows for more personalized learning experiences, with flexible groupings, targeted interventions, and enrichment opportunities that cater to each student’s strengths and challenges. By working closely together, educators ensure that every student is known, supported, and challenged in ways that traditional one-teacher, one-classroom models can't achieve.
