Mesa Public Schools

Mesa Public Schools is pleased to announce a significant legal victory in the case of Walden v. Mesa Unified School District. On July 19, 2024, the judge ruled in the District’s favor, granting its Motion to Dismiss in its entirety. Throughout the legal process, the District has maintained that the claims were unfounded and without merit and the court agreed.

This victory reinforces Mesa Public Schools’ commitment to providing our students a high quality education in a safe and caring environment as we continue to deliver on our promise to know every student by name, serve them by strength and need so they graduate ready for college, career and community.
